Once you go through the steps to book a trial, you will see the availability for each class. If there is no space in the class you want, once you click on the class, it will give you the option to join the waiting list for that particular day only (This means you are required to join the waiting list each week). Once you are off the waiting list, you will receive an email to book/pay for a trial.
To login to our system, you will need to use the date of birth and surname of your child. If two children have the same login details, you won’t be able to book a trial for both. If you already have registered both children using the same DOB and surname, you will need to re-register for one child, using a different date of birth. For example: Your twins DOB is 10/02/2015. Change one child to 11/02/2015. If you are still struggling, please contact us through email and we can help solve the issue.
Unfortunately, parents are not allowed to watch. We have 5 different locations/venues which provide a different procedure with trial parents, however all venues do not allow parents to watch the entire session. One venue may have a big window to watch through, whereas another venue does not. One venue allows you to come back within 30 mins to watch for 5-10 minutes, while one venue lets you watch for 5 minutes at the beginning of the lesson.

HOW TO BOOK
To register and book a class, please click on the Join Now button and the link will take you to our secure booking platform.
What next:
1. Add your child’s details and complete all the required fields on the registration form. Once submitted, you could add another sibling if you wish or just follow the steps to book a class/pay for the trial (£12/ one-off) via email.
(Please note: Your child must be 4 years old or above in order to join our gymnastics session.)
2. You should receive a registration confirmation email where you could book/pay for your trial by clicking on a convenient venue/day/time.
3. Once booked/paid for your trial (£12 one-off) you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking and how to download the app.
4. Once your trial has been completed you will be prompted to pay a monthly membership if your child enjoyed and wishes to continue. We are running courses of 8 weeks but we request monthly direct debit payments for simplicity of the process.
5. Once paid, you will receive a payment confirmation and your child will be automatically added to our regular attendance register as an active member.
Please note: All the new registrations will be offered a trial session (£12 one-off) to make sure the participants enjoy our classes before signing up for the club’s monthly or termly membership fees.
