Who can join the Birthday Party?

If aged 5 to 12 years old.

£400

Our birthday party package includes:

  • 1 hour of Gymnastics
  • Choice of pass the parcel, gymnastics games, or free time in the gym!
  • 15 minutes for food party 
  • Up to 24 children
  • 2 Qualified coaches

HOW TO BOOK

To book your birthday party, please click the link below to register your child.

Once you have registered your child with us, you will receive an automatic email for birthday parties. 
Follow the steps in the email to choose your date/time for the birthday party.

Once you have paid, you will receive a booking confirmation email reminding you of what will happen on the day of the party.
LOCATION:

The brand new venue is located in the heart of North Finchley, 711 High Road, Unit 3,  N12 0BP. 
(The same building as Arts Depot/Pure Gym/Bus station). There is gymnastics signage on all the windows.

Birthday Party Checklist

Children must bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Sportswear, including socks

Parents, please make sure you bring:

  • Party food/ or you may want to order food (preparation and clearing up afterwards is the responsibility of the parent however coaches may be able to help)
  • Plastic plates/cups/cutlery for the food
  • Tablecloths for 2 tables (preferred)
  • Decorations (Optional) 
  • Bin bags to remove rubbish. All rubbish must be taken with you and not left at the venue.
  • Must have all the contact numbers of the children’s parents yourself, in case of any injuries/emergencies.

Perform Better Gymnastics Club will provide:

  • Qualified coaches to run the party
  • Tables & chairs for party food
  • Pass the parcel (if chosen option)
  • A small gift of our club’s merch/ birthday card for the birthday child
  • Refillable water (All children MUST bring water bottles as we do not provide plastic cups)

Please note:

We understand that it’s difficult to limit the number of attendees. However, we are unable to accommodate all the parents on the day, so we kindly ask that only the parents of the birthday child, a few additional relatives, or other parents come to help (a maximum of 4 people in total).   
What will happen on the day:
Example of Sunday Birthday Party Timings (11:45 AM – 1:45 PM)

Arrival & Set-Up (15 minutes)
Parents of the birthday child and any helpers (maximum of 4 adults in total) should arrive at 11:45 AM to set up the downstairs seating and food area. Please be ready to welcome guests arriving at 12:00 PM.

Gymnastics Session (1 hour)
At 12:00 PM, the children will head upstairs to our gymnastics area. Our coaches will begin with a safety briefing and a fun group warm-up before splitting the children into two groups to enjoy a range of activities, including:

  • Floor
  • Vault
  • Bars
  • Beam
  • Tumble track
  • Free G / Parkour

Extra Activity (15 minutes)
The birthday child can choose one of the following options:

  • Option 1: Supervised free time in the gym
  • Option 2: Pass the parcel
  • Option 3: Gymnastics games

Please let us know your chosen option at the time of booking so we can prepare the session accordingly.

Food & Cake Time (15 minutes)
Children will return to the downstairs seating area to enjoy food and drinks, light the candles, and sing Happy Birthday. To help ensure the smooth running of the party, we kindly ask that cake is taken home to enjoy rather than eaten on site.

Home Time & Tidy Up (15 minutes)
Party guests should be collected promptly at 1:45 PM. This time allows for collecting belongings and tidying the area so we can prepare for the next birthday party.

 

Safety & Supervision Guidelines

  • Gymnastics equipment may only be used by children taking part in the party and under the direct supervision of our qualified coaches.
  • Parents and helpers are not permitted on the gymnastics floor or to supervise equipment use.
  • Children with SEND who require parental support are welcome to have a parent assist them; however, they must remain with the group and follow coaches’ instructions at all times. Parents must not take children off separately or use equipment independently.
  • Younger siblings not taking part in the party must remain off the equipment and observe from the designated seating area.
  • Parents may observe from upstairs but must remain seated on the bench and follow coaches’ instructions.

These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive session for all children.

 

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

Responsibility
Children are the responsibility of the parents running the party during arrival, food time, and collection.
Perform Better Gymnastics Club is responsible for children only during the structured gymnastics session.

Medical Information
Parents must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional needs.
In the event of an emergency, qualified staff will administer first aid and contact parents.
By attending, parents consent to emergency medical treatment being given if required.

Behaviour
Children are expected to behave appropriately and follow instructions at all times.
The club reserves the right to remove a child from activities if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Food & Allergies
Parents are responsible for all food provided and for managing food-related allergies.
No food or drink (other than water) is permitted in the gymnastics area.

Personal Belongings
Perform Better Gymnastics Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Damage & Cleaning
Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their child or guests.
All rubbish must be removed at the end of the party.

Cancellation Policy

  • 1 month’s notice – Full refund
  • 2+ weeks’ notice – 50% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice – No refund
