Adult Taught Classes

They are held on Tuesdays at 8PM-9.30PM
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate-level students 16+ under the guidance of qualified gymnastics coaches.

Our mission statement is to provide affordable opportunities to the local community to practice sports, and also to identify promising young gymnasts with potential to compete for regional and national competitions.
